Recently, I’ve been deeply saddened by the tragic loss of young life, caused by someone struggling with acute mental illness. Schools, as the daily environment for so many children, are uniquely positioned to play a pivotal role in this.

This rise highlights the urgent need for schools to implement comprehensive mental health services.
