Why Do We Exist?

  • We started #DiverseEd as a grassroots group and evolved it into a training provider, we have grown a dynamic community and built a team of brilliant associates.
  • We are passionate about DEIB being a cohesive and coherent conversation that considers intersectional identities.
  • We are committed to supporting educators and educational organisations in moving from being reactive to proactive, and in ensuring that their intention has impact.

How Do We Work?

  • We host and organise free virtual events and webinars, to amplify our community and to showcase our collaborative partnerships.
  • We curate paid-for training series, events and programmes to support educators in all roles, in development consciousness, confidence and competence in DEIB matters.
  • We coach, we mentor, we consult, we train, we partner and we curate - you name it we do it. We have a portfolio of programmes and training sessions but we can also design bespoke sessions to a brief.

What Impact Have We Had?

  • We have worked with thousands of schools, hundreds of trusts and several colleges, both nationally and internationally, we are proud of how many repeat bookings and recommendations we receive.
  • We have trained and supported 500+ DEIB leaders in shaping the strategy for their setting to meet the needs of their community.
  • We have a portfolio of partners and collaborators who support us and who contribute to our events, to our blog and to our resources.
