Flexible Teacher Talent was set up in 2016 by Lucy Rose and Lindsay Patience initially to stem the flow of women aged 30-39 leaving the education profession or stepping down from leadership roles.

Since then we have seen the benefits for individuals, schools and the sector of flexible working. We support teachers and school leaders who are looking to work more flexibly and we work with schools, MATs and the wider education sector to make it flexible working work in school contexts.
