For Working Parents
I am Amit Singh Kalley, a former Deputy Headteacher turned ICF trained coach, speaker and storyteller. My journey is one of resilience, identity and learning to embrace vulnerability.
As a turban wearing Sikh of Tanzanian Indian heritage, I have navigated life through multiple perspectives. I share my personal story, losing my mother to ovarian cancer, becoming a father to a daughter born with three holes in her heart, and being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, to inspire others to embrace their own challenges with compassion and empathy.
Through the power of storytelling, I create space for open, honest conversations about mental health, identity and emotional resilience. My experiences allow me to connect with diverse audiences, helping them find strength in vulnerability and understand that their struggles do not define them.
Whether speaking at events, delivering workshops or sharing insights in coaching sessions, my approach is rooted in authenticity and human connection. I believe that when we share our stories, we break down barriers, foster understanding and create real change in our communities and workplaces.
Vulnerability is not a weakness; it is a strength. When we embrace it, we create a culture where people feel seen, heard and valued.
